St Wilfrid's Hospice is an independent charity that has supported local people in our community who are living with life limiting or terminal illness, for over 35 years.
It's been 2yrs mum since you passed we love and miss you so much, you have left a big void in our lives and as each day passes I find it harder with out you in our lives Love you my dearest Mum and for ever in my thoughts.
